🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible Return Conditions:

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact

The product must be free of any stains, marks, or damages
❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased during clearance or sale

Accessories, including jewelry or intimate wear

Items damaged due to customer mishandling
🔁 Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong item, size, or a defective product, we’ll gladly offer an exchange.

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days

In case of size issues, exchanges are subject to stock availability
💰 Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following cases:

The item is out of stock after your order was placed

You received a damaged or defective item and do not wish to exchange
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or digital wallet within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.
Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

You are responsible for shipping the product back unless it was a mistake on our end (wrong or damaged item).
